Sunday 2nd September
We hope you had a great Bank Holiday weekend and making the most of the weather, lets hope it continues now the sun has finally arrived in Britain.
First we would like to begin by thanking everyone who arrived early for the August event. Because we were set up quickly, we opened the doors about ten or fifteen minutes early.
There were more than 50 guys in the club in the first half an hour, so it's great to see so many of you making the effort as it's always good when we get off to a busy start. Ken is very skilled on the door and does his best to get everyone in as quick as possible, so there isn't too much of a delay and with the bags being stored upstairs that also cuts the delay on the door.
From feedback we've had, it appears several guys from Devon and Cornwall were delayed by heavy traffic on the M5 Some made it to the club in time, others realised they weren't going to make it so turned back. We would like to thank them for turning back rather than trying to blag their way into the club after time. Had they have made it, we would have had the busiest nigtht this year.
We would expect the M5 to be busy on September the 2nd so if you're intending to pay us a visit from Devon, Cornwall or even Somerset, please set out early, we don't like to hear of you having to waste a journey and turning back.
Don't forget we're hoping to have a slave auction on December 2nd to raise funds for World Aids Day and have a yahoo group set up for that at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/auctionblock/ Still need to hear if there are going to be enough guys interested in taking part

While we still have the black leather wrist wallets at just £13.95 We also have new ones with a trim coloured in either Blue, Red, or Yellow at the same price.

For those wanting the large bottles of English aroma's we have them to sell at the bag check in the upstairs room. at the offer price of £8 a bottle or buy 2 and get one free. The smaller bottles of aroma's are available at the bar
Rather than fill this message with everything else on offer you can find details of the pin wheels etc. on the clubs shop page at http://deviantbristol.co.uk/shop/
The forum at http://forum.slapandsleaze.co.uk/index.php has become inundated with spammers about one every two hours are attempting to join, but because we now monitor who is joining, no spam has got through to the forum. It takes a lot of effort to look after the forum so it would be good to see it being used for it's intended purpose of helping you guys to discuss car sharing etc.
Anyway, if we don't see you on Sunday, enjoy whatever else you're doing and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.
